Each year as Halloween approaches I find myself writing about tarot cards a lot, and having had an interest in them since I was a child I thought it was about time I wrote about them on my blog. I am yet to own any of the packs featured below, but I just think their designs are so unique and wonderful I wanted to share them with you guys!
10. The Motherpeace Tarot
Karen Vogel & Vicki Noble
I had to mention the Motherpeace tarot deck as it is one of the first feminist packs as well as one of the first decks to feature circular cards. According to Vogel and Noble, the idea for this deck came to them during a vision in 1978.
9. The Enchanted Tarot
Perfect for those of us who love fantasy and fairy tales, the Enchanted tarot deck sort of resembles a tapestry.

This fantastical deck is by far one of the most beautiful tarot packs ever created, with bright, fluid watercolour designs.
7. The Fountain Tarot
Featuring the muted colours and delicate designs of Jonathan Saiz oil paintings, the Fountain tarot deck is one of the more recent packs to gain popularity. Many individuals who use this deck have reported feeling connected to the images.

1. The Wild Unknown Tarot
This minimalistic, modern tarot deck appears at the top of most lists. The original edition of The Wild Unknown deck was released in mid-2014 and is a bit difficult to get your hands on. Fortunately, a second-edition pack was released in late 2015 so tarot enthusiasts can add it to their collection.
